Talking at the US State Department this summer, Hans Rosling uses his fascinating data-bubble software to burst myths about the developing world. Look for new analysis on China and the post-bailout world, mixed with classic data shows.

One of the best presentations on the I have seen was given by Eben Moglen at the Plone Conference in 2006, It touches the challenges and possibility’s that face both community and software. It shows a great understanding of history and vision of the evolution of the future.
I love the concept of “the Mathematics Sellers” and the “Transportation” he uses to begin the presentation from a common point of understanding.
