CV
Ian Burgess – Project Manager and Engagement Manager
| Personal Outline | My entire professional life being spent in the field of consultancy around Business Change and systems development wither that has been on the Web or developing Software Products. Mainly working as a Project Manager and System/Project Architect much of the work has been helping customer understand their requirements and articulate them correctly in the initial stages.
In recent years I have been involved in the design and implementation of projects where the workforce is diversely spread across the globe. This has made me focus on the skills and communication that required bringing these projects back on track as in many cases it is the result of communication and unstructured procedure that the situation has developed. (but not in all) This has given me a wide range of experience and transferable skills in communication, project management process, risk management and troubleshooting I have focused on developing skills and experience in this areas as they have shown to be key in delivering projects. |
