does this work on other netbooks?
It worked on my new EEE PC and I think it should work on all windows 7 systems but please it is at your own risk.
I tried it on my notebook. I was able to have two more options, as you have stated, in my resolution setting but every time I try to change into 1024×768 or 1152×864, the system shuts down and restarts. I want to change the resolution to be able to install a program. Please help. Thanks.
It worked fine for me I am not sure why your machine would shut down, It may be dependant on several factors my best advice is to google display1_DownScalingSupported and your machine model a shut down. Sorry i don’t know the answer.
