A structured approach to risk is vital to assure the success of any project or the ongoing ability for the business to deliver to the client and maintain a normal cash flow. I assess the risk and if things have already gone too far deal with the issues.

I offer two main risk management services:

A pre-emptive approach providing recourse to the project team or business to assess and plan for risk in advance, and help resolve any of the risk that unfortunately do tend to happen from time to time. The main goal is to build a solid foundation which is able to cope with most of the risk and still give the space to deliver.

The other is when the risk, whether it has been planned for or completely unforeseen, happens we will provide a resource to hit the ground running who has experience in dealing with both the business and human side of these situations. But detailed planning is always better.
