The video is good but don’t you think it is way too long. I mean 1 hour, 30 minutes is a lot of time, isn’t it?

I agree that 1:30 is a lot of time but there is also lots of good information so I think it is worth watching and the 1:30 is well invested.

Sure without leadership nothing is going to help. And without leadership in the right way with determination you are going to get stagnated as well as your ideas.
